Job description

 Accompany for meetings and make Minutes of the meetings, call customers for follow-up on proposals, payments, etc.
 Responsible for operational aspects of office administration
 Look for and dealing with suppliers for different line of products that company may need from time-to-time within Cambodia
 Assist in accounting functions like Data entry/ filing of accounts
 Arrange travel and accommodation for guests and business partners
 Manage all incoming/ outgoing/ mails and couriers
 Banking transactions like depositing cheques, bank remittances, etc
 Check and receive all purchase deliveries are in proper order
 Check the quality of goods received by the supplier
 Assist in Packing and marking the cartons properly for delivery to client
 Co-ordinate logistics of incoming or outgoing shipments
 Manage office consumables (e.g. stationeries) purchases, inventory and distribution
 Other tasks as instructed by Manager from time-to-time.
Required Experience/Skills
Experience Level: 2-3 years experience
 University graduated
 Good interpersonal skills, willing to learn and enjoy new challenges
 Able to work independently as well as being a team player
 Clear communication with internal as well as external parties with a positive attitude.
 Ownership of tasks: Ensure any task is carried out best possible
 Fluent in speaking, reading & listening English
 Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer)
