JOB RESPONSIBILITES
 Lead and Motivate the sales team to improve sales and service with customer
 Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
 Create a rapport with customers to grow customer loyalty
 Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objective
 Draft detailed and accurate sales reports
 Analyze market trends and identify opportunities
 Develop and implement marketing strategies
 Be able to build branch of company products to market
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Experiences in Sale or Marketing
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Khmer and English.
 Having sales personality
 High commitment
 Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage tight deadlines
 Self-motivation and maintaining a professional attitude towards customers
 Good PR and interpersonal skill
 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and various social media platforms.
