Job Description
DUTY &RESPONSIBILITY:
Provide superior and consistent services and transactions proving to customers via online service.
Assist on customer account maintenance (Bakong, Mobile Banking & Internet Banking,).
Ability to understand customer’s needs and provide appropriate digital solutions.
Perform online KYC & AML Checking (half / full KYC)
Digital products sale & services for more cross sell and referral.
System admin support (block, release, user setup, delete)
Ensure the implementing of bank’ regulation, policies, procedures, manual, working guidelines.
Assist customers enquirers and complaint with proper escalation for solution.
Understand the market situation and new technology related to online services.
Perform any adhoc tasks as assigned by line manager.
‍QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree or pursuing 2nd years in Banking and finance.
At least 1-2 years working experience in customer service or sale.
Be able to work with sift arranging, weekend and holiday
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer Microsoft Words, Excel, Email, Online, Facebook, Telegram, Video conference.
